Our shop is equipped with up to date equipment some of which include an automated winding machine, temperature controlled bake oven, digitally controlled gas fired burn out oven which maximizes the integrity of laminated cores.
We have the only true Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system in the region along with a thermal epoxy and dip tank for random wound motors.
Our shop includes a full machine shop and welding facilities. An engineered test bed for running motors which also facilitates D/C and A/C load testing. Our balancing stand has a 10,000 lb capacity and computer generated reports.
Our onsite capabilities include electrical and mechanical motor testing, removal and repair installation, rewinds and overhaul, balancing, CO2 / dry ice blasting, 24/7 services and motor and electrical cleaning.
Equipped with 3 lathes, milling machine, drill presses, welding equipment, hydraulic presses and pullies and spray welding equipment we are capable of rebuilding worn parts, full welding capabilities, manufacture replacement parts and shaft build ups/stubbing.
